Research will include primary and secondary research relating to retailers’ expected deliverables from their suppliers, including existing and new product development, packaging and marketing support. Final steps involve developing a generic marketing support strategy, new product development and testing procedure as a case study for use by other venison alliances and other new food industry businesses.
