- Improved olive oil quality in the domestic market.

- National Olive Expo held in October in Adelaide
- Quarterly R&D features in the Olive Press
- Development of fact sheet on the use of processing aids for oil extractability and quality improvement will enhance uptake of this improved processing methodology
