At its meeting on 12 September 2001 the Board adopted the following resolutions:

Resolution No. 61-2001-6

• The Board endorsed the final draft 2000/2001 statutory financial statements and agreed that the Statement by Directors incorporated in the financial statements be signed by the Chairman and Managing Director.
• The Board authorised that the Management Representation Letter addressed to the Auditor General be signed by the Chairman and Chair of the Board Audit Committee.

STATEMENT BY DIRECTORS In our opinion, the attached financial statements give a true and fair view of the matters required by Schedule 1 to the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies (Financial Statements 2000-2001). Orders made under the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 for the year ended 30 June 2001.
