At its meeting on 7 September 2004 the Board adopted the following resolution:

Resolution No. 76-2004-7The Board:
(i) noted the report from management supporting the 2004/05 Statutory Financial Statements;
(ii) accepted the Management Representation letter supporting the 2004/05 Statutory Financial Statements;
(iii) noted the advice from the Australian National Audit Office that an unqualified audit report will be issued;
(iv) approved the ?nal draft of the 2003/04 Statutory Financial Statements;
(v) agreed that the Statement by Directors incorporated in the 2003/04 Statutory Financial Statements be signed by the Chairperson, Chair of the Board Audit Committee and Managing Director; and
(vi) agreed that the Management Representation Letter addressed to the Auditor General be signed by the Chairperson and Chair of the Board Audit Committee.
