Board resolution:
At its meeting on 5 September 2005 the Board adopted the following resolution: Resolution No. 83-2005-4

The Board:
(i) noted the report from management supporting the 2004-05 Statutory Financial Statements;
(ii) accepted the Management Representation Letter to Directors supporting the 2004-05 Statutory Financial Statements;
(iii) noted the advice from the Australian National Audit Office that an unqualified audit report will be issued;
(iv) accepted the Management Representation Letter addressed to the Auditor General and authorised the Chairperson and Chairperson of the Board Audit Committee to sign this;
(v) adopted the final draft 2004-05 Statutory Financial Statements; and
(vi) agreed that the Statement by Directors incorporated in the financial statements be signed by the Chairperson, Chairperson of the Board Audit Committee, Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer
