Financial Performance and Statements
Board resolution:
At its meeting on 6 September 2006 the Board adopted the following resolution: The Board:
(i) noted the report from management supporting the 2005–06 Statutory Financial Statements;
(ii) accepted the Management Representation Letter to Directors supporting the 2005–06 Statutory Financial Statements;
(iii) noted the advice from the Australian National Audit Office that an unqualified audit report will be issued;
(iv) accepted the Management Representation Letter addressed to the Auditor General and authorised the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson to sign this;
(v) approved the 2005–06 Statutory Financial Statements; and
(vi) agreed that the Statement by Directors incorporated in the financial statements be signed by the Chairperson and the Managing Director.
